American Airlines received several claims for services rendered in Brazil

Complaints about value for money have increased for the large company American Airlines, after facing a serious crisis. The airline reached for bankruptcy and enter into concordat, cutting US$ 2 billion in costs.

Luiz Castro, executive who decided to pay R$ 6000 to enjoy greater comfort in business class on American Airlines found that the difference in the economy class seats was minimal, unlike the price.

To be more exact, the seat in coach measures 17.25 inches (43.6 cm), while business class passengers only enjoys a 21-inch (53.3 cm) of space at triple the price.

Another complaint is the scrapping of the executive aircraft. He says the company has used the same aircraft that were internal flights to flights between Brazil and USA.

Besides lack of comfort in the aircraft, passengers also suffer from frequent strikes and harassment of employees.
